Privacy Policy

We collect only the following information from consenting employees:

• Full name
• Email address (for sign-in via Google)
• Google profile picture (if available; used solely to render your avatar in the portal's top nav)
• Mobile phone number (only if you opt into the SMS reminder system)
• Employment role (to determine reminder eligibility)
• Date of verbal consent and the name of the manager who collected it (for SMS only)

We do not collect device identifiers, precise location data, browsing history, or any information beyond what is listed above.

The portal uses Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) to authenticate employees. When you sign in, Google shares the following limited information with the portal via the standard openid, email, and profile scopes:

• Your Google account email address
• Your name as configured on your Google account
• Your Google profile picture (if any)
• Whether your email is verified by Google

We compare your email against an internal operators table to determine whether you have portal access. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or any other Google data. We do not store or transmit your Google password — Google handles authentication entirely. We do not use Google sign-in data for advertising, and we do not share it with any third party.

Your mobile number is used solely to send operational reminder SMS messages related to your job duties at Escape Tech Enterprises. No marketing, promotional, or third-party messages are sent through this system.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile number or any other personal information. Mobile information is used only within Escape Tech Enterprises, and only to send the operational SMS described in this policy.

The only processors involved in delivering the SMS are:

• Twilio, Inc. — our SMS delivery provider — which processes your mobile number solely to transmit SMS messages on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy and data-handling obligations.
• United States mobile carriers — as required for SMS delivery to the destination handset.

Mobile numbers are stored in server-side environment configuration accessible only to authorized Escape Tech administrators. Numbers are not published, exported, indexed, or made available through any public or employee-facing interface. Consent records are stored in personnel records maintained under company HR controls.

You may opt out of the SMS reminder system at any time by:

• Replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE) to any message, or
• Notifying a manager or Escape Tech administrator.

Opt-outs are honored within one (1) business day. Upon opt-out, your mobile number is removed from the reminder recipient configuration.

Mobile numbers and associated consent records are retained for the duration of your employment and any period legally required thereafter. Upon termination of employment or opt-out, your mobile number is removed from the active reminder configuration.

The Services are intended solely for adult employees of Escape Tech Enterprises and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and communicate material changes to covered employees.
