Terms of Service

The Services are provided for use by authorized employees and administrators of Escape Tech Enterprises only. The Services are not offered to, and may not be used by, the general public. Access to the portal requires valid credentials issued by Escape Tech.

You agree to:

• Use your credentials only for business purposes related to your employment.
• Keep your credentials confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify your manager immediately if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

We may suspend or revoke access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including termination of employment or violation of these Terms.

The SMS reminder program is governed by these Terms together with our SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy. By providing verbal consent during onboarding, you agree to those supplemental terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any purpose other than your authorized employment duties.
• Attempt to circumvent authentication, authorization, or other access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any portion of the Services or their source code.
• Interfere with the operation of the Services or the infrastructure that supports them.
• Use the Services in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.

Content accessed through the Services may include business-confidential information. You agree to protect such information and use it only as authorized by your role and these Terms.

All software, content, branding, and data made available through the Services are the property of Escape Tech Enterprises or its licensors. No license is granted to you except the limited right to use the Services for your authorized employment duties.

The Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" for internal operational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Escape Tech Enterprises disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and communicate material changes to users of the Services.
